Angel Reyes, III is Founder and Managing Partner of the law firm Reyes Browne Reilley. He began his legal career on Wall Street, subsequently relocated to Dallas, Texas and opened his law firm. Angel is also a Managing Principal of Cambria Investment Management, Inc., a family of ETF funds (NYSE: GVAL, SYLD, GAA, GMOM, and VAMO), and a Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors for the Alta Verde Group, a privately owned real estate fund.

As both an MBA and widely-heralded attorney, Angel’s combination of business and litigation acumen provides a balanced approach to strategies which are both aggressive and tempered with the appropriate level of caution. He has been involved with the legal, transactional and capital structuring of over $600 million, including commercial and residential real estate, numerous tort settlements, early stage company capital raises, and follow-on offerings. Angel has advised numerous executives, business owners and highly successful individuals in both litigation and business matters.

Angel was named to the 2008-2016 Texas Monthly Super Lawyers list, the top honor issued to the best lawyers in Texas, and is often quoted by newspapers and periodicals throughout the country, and is a frequent guest on both national and local television and radio shows.
